A private AI agent that works on your documents, in your office

MURO answers from your documents, email and the software you connect. It runs on a device in your office, and we set it up and maintain it.

How it looks

MURO is a website in your browser. Open it anywhere, sign in with your work account, and use it like ChatGPT. There is nothing to install.

What it does

Sample tasks, simplest first.

Simple 1 source

Which procedure covers this, and which version is in force?

The question someone asks every week.

A public tool can use
the guideline, and what a procedure usually contains.
IntraMuros also reads
your procedure library, at the version in force.
You get
the procedure number, its version, the date it took effect, and the clause that answers the question.

Simple 2 sources

Draft the protocol, in our template

You give it a template and a synopsis.

A public tool can use
the guideline's structure and a generic outline.
IntraMuros also reads
your protocol template and the synopsis.
You get
a draft in your template and your section order. Where the synopsis and the template disagree, it says so.

Medium 4 sources

Make me a proposal for an audit plan

An open-ended task, built from four sources.

A public tool can use
the guideline, published guidance and a generic audit form.
IntraMuros also reads
your audit procedure, the last audit of this vendor and its findings, the open corrective actions and who owns them, and the audit clause in the contract.
You get
a plan on your form, scoped by what the last audit found, with the open actions already in it.

Medium 5 sources

Quote this piece of work

The bid that has to go out on Friday.

A public tool can use
published benchmarks and what a proposal usually contains.
IntraMuros also reads
the client's request in your email, your past quotes, your vendor records and rates, what similar work cost, and who is free to do it.
You get
a quote on your numbers, with the vendors you would really use.

Complex 6 sources

Where do we stand with every vendor on this study?

Asked in a study team meeting, or by a client.

A public tool can use
nothing. There is no public answer to this question.
IntraMuros also reads
your vendor records, your CTMS and project tools, your shared drives and email, the contracts, finance and billing, and years of vendor history.
You get
one answer in the meeting, each line linked to its record.

And everything else you can think of

These are only samples. You ask MURO in your own words, so it can do any other task that needs your documents, email or the software you connect.

What changes when the AI can read your documents and software

A public AI tool, without your data IntraMuros, with your data
Answers from public guidance Answers from your work and vendors
Has never seen your procedures or templates Drafts on your forms, at the current version
Should not see inside your eQMS, eTMF or CTMS Reads the software you connect, such as your eQMS, eTMF, CTMS or ERP
Is not allowed to see your records Every line shows the record behind it
Confidential data cannot go in it No prompt or document reaches an AI company
The same answer your competitors get An answer only your records could give

How it works

You plug it in. We do the rest. You do not need IT staff.

What you do

  • Plug the device into power and your office network.
  • Tell us which folders, mailboxes and software it should read.
  • Ask MURO questions from a browser.

What we do

  • Configure the device and connect it to your documents, email and software.
  • Keep it updated, monitored and backed up.
  • Replace it if it fails.

The AI runs on a device in your office

The internet

With web search on, search queries go out and results come back. We connect in to update, monitor and back up the device. No AI company receives anything.

  • Search queries
  • Search results
  • Our maintenance

Your company

Your documents and software

Shared drives, email, and software such as your eQMS, eTMF, CTMS or ERP, in your office or in the cloud. Reached with your existing logins and permissions.

The device

A device in your office. It holds the AI model, a searchable copy of the documents it reads, and your people's conversations.

Your people

Everyone who needs it. They chat with MURO, the agent built by Mayet, in plain English from a browser. Every answer shows the document it came from.

Your documents and software, the device and your people belong to your company. With web search on, search queries leave the device and results come back; Mayet connects in to maintain it.

What stays private

  1. 1

No AI company receives your data.

The model runs on the device itself. There is no account or API key with an AI company, so your questions and documents are never sent to one.

  2. 2

Your data never trains an AI model.

Your documents and conversations are not used to train any model, by us or by anyone else.

  3. 3

    Your permissions still apply.

People sign in with the work account they already have. MURO works with that person's permissions, so it answers only from what they can already open, in your documents and in every connected piece of software.

  4. 4

Conversations are stored on the device.

They never go to an AI company. Encrypted backups are kept off-site.

  5. 5

We connect in to maintain it.

We connect securely and remotely to apply updates, monitor the device and run backups, and that access is logged. With Blinded Maintenance, we cannot see chat history or any data on the device.

Web search is optional

With web search on, MURO can look things up on the internet, such as a published guideline or a drug label. It writes a short query from your question and sends it to a public search engine, as a person does when they search the web.

The query can include words from your conversation, such as a compound name or a study code. Your files and the conversation itself are not sent. Whoever runs the search engine sees the query, and that it came from your office's internet connection.

You control web search in the chat. With it off, nothing you ask goes out at all, and MURO still answers from your documents.

For consultancies and CROs

Use AI on client and sponsor documents, with nothing sent to an AI company

Your clients' and sponsors' contracts often keep their data out of public AI tools. With the model on a device in your office, their documents never go to an AI company.

See how it would work in your office

On a call, we go through the tasks closest to your work and answer your security questions. If an IT team or adviser checks vendors for you, invite them too.
