Unpublished study data, compound details, protocols and contracts. Some belong to a client or sponsor whose agreement rules out public AI tools. The rest is your own work, confidential until it is filed or published.
So people use AI for tidier emails and summaries of public guidance. Useful, but the same answers anyone in your industry would get.
And when a deadline bites, someone pastes a client document into a personal ChatGPT account anyway. You cannot see it happen. The problem comes when a client asks you to confirm in writing how AI is used on their work, and you cannot be sure of the answer.

We deliver a device to your office, ready to switch on, and connect it to your documents and software. We keep it patched, monitored and backed up for as long as you use it.
Running within a week of signing
Shipping to your office takes a couple of days. You plug it in, and we configure it remotely in a few hours. If it ever fails, we replace it.

It reads procedures, templates, email and shared folders. We can also connect it to the software you already use, such as your eQMS, eTMF, CTMS or ERP, one at a time as you are ready.
